Acquiring a Behringer CAT synthesizer allowed me to revisit the ‘70’s, when I bought my first synthesizer, an Octave CAT. As long as I had a vintage sound, I figured I would write a 13/8 tune a la Soft Machine. Josh Orlando killed the odd meters and made this work as a piece of music.
