If you take “rhythm” changes in F, plug in an altered blues for the “A” section, double the harmonic rhythm and add chromatic ii-V7 setups, attach a “B” section from the original but using the same strategies as you did in the “A” section, and put it on a stop-time groove with jerky rhythms, you’d get something like this. A Frankenstein set of rhythm changes you can dance to.
